Terms of service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of plori (plori.ai and api.plori.ai), the service that gives AI agents their own cloud computers. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the API, you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose; the plain language is still binding.
1. The service
plori hosts agents: each one gets a persistent cloud computer with a disk, tools, and memory. You interact with your agents through the web app, the API, and MCP. What the service costs and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.
2. Beta
plori is in active development. Features, limits, and prices can change, and we do not yet offer an uptime guarantee. We treat your data with care regardless; see the privacy policy.
3. Your account
Registered accounts sign in with a one-time email code. Anonymous trials are limited and expire after 7 days, after which their data is removed. Keep your API keys secret: anything done with your account or keys is your responsibility, and you can revoke keys at any time in Settings.
4. Credits and payment
Usage is metered in credits: model tokens, metered tools, and disk beyond your plan's allowance. Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Purchased credits are not refundable except where the law requires. Free allowances are for fair use; we may throttle accounts that abuse them.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use plori to break the law, attack or scan systems you are not authorized to test, send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, mine cryptocurrency, or circumvent quotas or isolation. Don't resell the service without our agreement.
Agents run real code and can use the network. Anything you instruct an agent to do is treated as if you did it yourself. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that harm the service or other people, with notice where practical.
6. Your content
Your files, conversations, and agent data remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process them to run the service. We do not use your content to train models.
7. Your provider keys (BYOK)
Keys you connect are encrypted at rest, used only to route your own model calls, and can be deleted at any time. Your provider's own terms apply to that usage.
8. AI output
Agents are built on language models, which are probabilistic: output can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected, and an agent can take an action you did not anticipate. Review output before relying on it. You are responsible for what your agents do with the instructions, credentials, and access you give them.
9. Third-party services
Model providers, web tools, and any service your agent reaches have their own terms, and your use of them through plori is subject to those terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using plori and delete your agents or account at any time; deletion works as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date at the top, and we will announce material changes in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
