Report a problem

Please include:

• What you tried, what you expected, and what happened.
• The app or MCP client you used, such as ChatGPT or Codex.
• When the problem happened, including your time zone.
• The error message and task or agent ID, if available.

Do not send passwords, API keys, or login codes. Remove private information from screenshots before you email them. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
